 "About 10 years ago I was involved in an automobile accident which I have been told is now the cause of my current headaches and overall body pain.  I've experienced numbness in my left arm and difficulty functioning on a daily basis as a result of neck, mid and low pain.  I started see Dr. Hawk for spinal care a few years ago and symptoms would come and go, but he was always there for me.  If I needed to talk, he would listen and share his thoughts.  He even went as far as to consult with my primary on several occasions and help facilitate an MRI study for further investigation.  During one of my visits with Dr. Hawk, I was going over my symptoms which had worsened when he had an idea that my problems where related to the position of my Atlas (the top bone of spine).  He showed me pictures of this bone and explained to me its ability to cause not only localized pain but pains elsewhere if it is misaligned.  So, he recommended a course of treatments to realign my Atlas and I honestly look at him with doubt.  But, we ahead with the Atlas adjustment and within 24 hours my headaches, numbness and pain started to disappear.  Thank you so much Dr. Hawk I finally feel as though I am getting my life back, and this course of care is the right course of care for me."  Susan O.
